Roto-Rooter Manchester: Date of Service May 19,2015 I called the office to have my kitchen sink unclogged and they were there by 12 noon (the could have come earlier, but later was better for me). I was surprised they would be coming the same day. The guys worked for 1.5 hours on a very stubborn clog and finally resolved the issue. They explained what happened and gave me information to keep the sink from getting clogged again. Very good service...I am a happy customer ... my sink is no longer clogged!!

I had a sewage backup, called Roto-Rooter plumber in Manchester at 8am, the technician was dispatched to my house in less than an hour. Tom (tech 294) arrived, he was friendly and polite which was a major plus. He had the situation diagnosed with an estimate in no time at all and then was very up-front with pricing and the possibility that there may be a larger problem which may cost more. My toilet overflowed on a SUNDAY!! The only plumbing service that returned my call and could come was Roto-Rooter. The plumber - Tom me called me back within 15 minutes of my call, confirmed the information about my emergency and gave me a 2 hour window of when he would be able to get to my home – he was on another job. We recently called Roto-Rooter because we were having a problem with water backing up in the basement. They were very helpful and scheduled an appointment for a plumber to come to our home. When Leo came, he was very pleasant to talk to. He cared about solving the problem we were having! He explained everything that he was doing to fix the problem and offered suggestions so we would not have a problem again. Thank you very much, Leo! We would definitely call again for any future problems.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/25/11 – After our kitchen drain line completely clogged on Thanksgiving, we called Roto-Rooter in Manchester, NH the next morning. We were told that a plumber could be at our home that afternoon between 2 and 4 and received a called 15 minutes ahead of time to tell us that Leo, the plumber, would be here at 2. Roto-Rooter to the rescue! – After cleaning our bath tub the water would not drain, we tried everything on our own, nothing worked. We looked in the yellow pages and found Roto -Rooter in Manchester. We called on a Friday evening and Leo the technician was at our house early Saturday morning. He was very good and explained everything we needed to know. He didn't rush and solved our problem. We were very happy with the service. Thank you Leo and Roto-Rooter for all your help.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers DOS 9/27/2011 – Had an emergency with a water backup in our basement. We called Roto-Rooter that morning and they sent from the Manchester office, their technician Leo who arrived that afternoon. He was exteremly helpful and curtious. He kept us informed on everything he was doing and resolved our issue. Since this was our first time with a plumbing issue, glad we called Roto-Rooter. Thank you Leo for giving us advise and solving our issue.
