On a cool Sunday morning as we prepared for church, we woke up to our downstairs toilet over flowing with water. Well let me say so far I have not had any issue with this business and they have taken care of my needs as I expected. They are very prompt with there service calls and respectful when they arrive. In the past I used them alot over the years and when my trouble re-appeard I called on them and they came to my rescue right away. I must say I was a bit nervous calling Roto-Rooter based on others stating how expensive this company are. We had drainage issues in three places due to the tile company negligence in throwing tile and grout down our shower drain. Nevertheless, Roger D. came out, spent a few hours at our home making sure everything was in working order before he left. He worked so hard, I felt bad, because the clog was giving him a hard time. Had a main line clogged on a Saturday afternoon. Not too many plumbers available or willing to handle a call during that time but Scott at Roto-Rooter stepped up. Involved some major work but was fixed within an hour. Scott was very conscious about taking the approach that would lead to the least amount of cleanup. Hard working guy. Received a call while at my house and was headed off to help a lady with a water leak at 8PM Saturday night.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers: 4/23/2014 I had what felt like a serious plumbing problem: water backing up in my kitchen sink and then coming up into the tub... gross. I called a contractor friend and he said to give Roto-Rooter a call because it sounded like a clog in the main drain to the street. The Technician Robert showed up quickly and was friendly. He got the clog loose in no time, and what felt like a serious problem was now gone!
