I schedule a same day service for my toilets. The tech- James was on time in the timeframe, very professional and informative step by step of items needing repair.
I called in at 4pm. I was told it would be an hour or so! I was surprised it was around an hour when Dave #5131 pulled in my driveway. I explained the problem and he went to investigate. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate. I paid. He when to work and fixed he problem. Dave took care not to tear up my yard pulling his van in my backyard. He cleaned up like he was never there. Dave came in after finished, told us what he did and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Dave made our day. Thanks!
Today we need a plumber to clear the drain in the bath tub. I called around 8am and Roto Rooter had a service technician (Shawn Prunty) at the our house within 30 minutes. I first I did not think I was going to be able to go to work for the day but the service was fast, and curious. Shawn cleared the drain line and I was able to go to work.Plus a six month guarantee on the drain line staying clear. Shawn was friendly and very professional. Thank you Shawn.
