Top notch customer service and they plumbers are so knowledgeable and polite. My entire family (which is alot) uses them for everything. Best pricing by far compared to the others in the area.
Customer service here is top notch and the plumbers that came out were so knowledgeable. Jessica was sweet on the phone and was very helpful explaining a lot of things to me and sent the plumber David who did a fantasic job at installing my garbage disposal. I will forever use Roto Rooter for all my plumbing need just because of Jessicas kindness.

I had a waterline that got damaged and will need to be repaired. You send one of your guys to my home. He wasn’t there 10 minutes and charged me 75.00 just to let me know it would cost over 5k and wouldn’t be done today and that was it. So I called bluefrog and they seemed to not only care but gave me some great guidance on contacting my home owners insurance company and they would probably cover the damages.
