The Service Tech John did a good job. He kept me informed what he was doing.
Plumber showed up on time and fixed the problem. He explained everything he was doing and was very polite. Unfortunately the fix took a lot of the day.
Very fast and very professional. I called with a sewer backup and they arrived within 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

I recently came home to a broken pipe and water gushing from between my garage wall into my finished basement. Have been using Roto Rooter Harrisburg for a few years now to clear out our on-going root problem. They always do a good job and don t leave till the jobs done and we have a clear pipe. Would give it 5 starts, but they keep raising their prices.
