CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLUMBER! Awful Customer Service. Over-Priced. Oh and just incase you are seeing this...****there is a service charge for them to come our to you house for a quote...it's $69**** and when you call because you didn't know because the website says "you most likely won't pay anything" they do not care, and will essentially tell you it's your fault. As a young family we sure could have used that $69 to pay a plumber we can afford....

We payed 578 for toliet repair and they put card board under the toliet to make it sturdy. Run dont use them. They are taking advantage on people that are unable to do the repairs on there own and that are on fix incomes. I have pictures i will post and show the work.
Our hot water heater stopped working on Sunday night and our regular plumber couldn’t make it until Tuesday afternoon. Called Monday morning to see if someone could repair it sooner and the Colorado Springs Roto-Rooter location had same day service. Tech was sent to our house and barely even glanced at it. He stated that it needed replaced, ducts needed replaced, wiring needed replaced, and we needed a separate carbon monoxide detector for it. They estimated $2500-$3000 dollars for it. Don't use this guys. We paid them all that was allotted by the insurance company for our claim. They overcharged on mit equipment and for work they didn't do. Its been a nightmare dealing with them. Stay for away!

Great job all around. I scheduled for this afternoon and they were able to come in the morning. John was a great and friendly individual, he walked me through the troubleshooting process that he was doing and then when he found the issue he went over the different options available to fix the issue. The issue is now fixed with no complaints. Great job by John and the rest of the Roto Rooter team.
