SUPER Professional, friendly and skilled. I’ve had Roto-Rooter out a number of times to solve the problems of an older home with roots and owners that did the wrong thing and they have corrected all of it. With smiles on their faces. If I could give them six stars, I would. Edgar, Kevin, Brian ALL AWESOME. Anyone that’s ever been sent out has been wonderful. They fixed everything and brought kindness, expertise and information (cameras, photos) into a stressful , freaky situation.
I hate companies who do bait and switch and this was a classic example. They promised to come diagnose the problem for free, and after getting there claimed they couldn't do it without a more in depth diagnosis (150 charge). Then 30 minutes later my problem was not only identified but fixed, and it cost me 250 bucks for them to seal a pipe..... I hardly believe they couldn't have diagnosed it for free. I will not do business with them again.
