What a great job Roto Rooter did! The plumber was knowledgeable, explained everything in terms I could understand, was up front with the estimate both worst case and best case, and did the job quickly and didn't leave a mess behind. And to top it off, he was a really nice guy--polite, respectful, and pleasant to interact with. I will always use Roto Rooter from this point forward.
They came to my house twice in the last 3 weeks to clean out the main drain to the street. John (#5291) and Wilmy Dipre were more than happy to explain everything and very patient with all my questions. It started to rain while they were here and they just kept going. I've had prior experiences where people stayed in their vehicles or glued to their phones, but John and Wil were very engaging and paid attention to their customer - me.

I have used their service twice now. Both times they came out same day, assessed the issue, and were able to get it fixed right away. The price seemed reasonable for the service. Our technician Shawn remembered me and my family on the second visit and did an amazing job both times.
Shawn was very professional and helpful when I needed some bathroom repairs. He did a great job and cleaned up after all the repairs were done 🙂
