We received an estimate from three different companies and decided to have a Roto-Rooter plumber install a bathtub faucet set. The technician was very personable and his workmanship was both clean and efficient.
Dusty (#2794) came out to jet the sewer line. He was prompt and professional. He cleaned out the line and explained to me its condition using the scope/camera. Very helpful. Highly recommend!
As a well known fact Roto-Rooter has been around for a while. We phoned in the late evening, thinking they were closed. This was not the case a tech came out and assessed our water system and had it diagnosed in no time! He gave us OUTSTANDING service! We are still talking about him today. Big shutout to Tech Ryan!! We needed our sump pump replaced late on a Friday night. Although the response time was a little longer than quoted, once the tech (Ben A) arrived he was very professional and educational throughout the service.
Placed a request on a Sunday evening and was called by 8:00 Monday morning for a slow drain. Jeff was here and finished by 10:00 AM. Cleaned everything up, gave some advise on another potential plumbing problem. I have used them before and I always get great quick service and prices upfront.
We made an appointment online on Sunday, and the technician arrived at 8:15 on Monday morning. Thanks goodness since we had plumbing issues throughout most of our house since Saturday afternoon. The technician Chawn Vunnga was efficient and professional. He gave advice about what we could do to avoid the problem.
I had someone at my house within an hour of calling for an appointment, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process to me (he was fixing the water heater), and I was very pleased with the overall experience!
The service technician was great. Timely and professional. However, the cost structure is outrageous. AND, I thought based on their online advertising that they were local but instead the plumber was based 40 miles away which might explain their pricing. It is crazy. Buyer beware.
