Our bathroom shower, sink, and toilet clogged over the wknd. We were serviced by Puia. He snaked and successfully resolved the clog. No issues since. Worker was courteous and left us with helpful tips.
Our underground downspouts were clogged. The service representative, Dusty Schrader (2794) was knowledgeable and courteous.
Our kitchen sink became completely blocked. We called and our service man responded. He tried to use a drain auger on the clog, but to no avail. He determined that the drain pipe would have to be replaced. After seeing the amount of sludge built up in the drain, it was no surprise. His work was efficient, of high quality, and he was extremely courteous. No doubt, I would use this company again.
Serviceman Vala was awesome took care of my plumbing problem that others had not been able to repair. Courteous, timely, very clean and professional. Absolutely would request him again.
