We had a crushed sewer pipe in need of swift repair. There was a bit of a hiccup on their part coordinating the work to be done, but they were able to remedy the coordination issue on their end and send out a pair of plumbers after hours to make sure we had our plumbing up and running on the same day as work started. They were able to get us into their schedule quickly and their service men were courteous. Roto-Rooter, Kemah – I needed the sewer line from the house to the city hook up replacedat my rental property in Friendswood. Roto-Rooter came out at the exact time they said they would be there, gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to begin the project bright and early the next day. The project was completed in one day, my yard was put back together and every thing in the house worked perfectly. That Kris did an awesome job of fixing the stuff that I needed repaired or replaced .He also had the appearance of a professional not someone that didn't have respect for his job .Would have given a five star but 400 dollars to replace a flange and the flange costs 10 dollars and that it didn't even take 20 minutes to do is bit much if you ask me it took him longer to put in the new gargabe diposal and that was only 130 dollars to install . Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/30/2012 – We have owned our home in the Galveston area for over 8 years now and have frequently needed to call on Roto-Rooter for various issues. They are always on-time, professional, helpful, and provide all possible options. Plumbing and Drain – Even though this work was done during the week between Christmas and New Year. The Plumber was efficient finding the problem, giving advice on options, but leaving decisions up to customer, he was on time and came to our home twice-each time to start and finish what he said needed doing. We are very satisfied with technician #42.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing 12/16/2011 – In Galveston County: Very friendly service from the first call to setup the appointment through the entire plumbing repair. The plumber did a great job taking care of what needed to be fixed, cleaning up afterwards & explaining everything along the way. He arrived at the scheduled time, with a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. I would definately use them again if I ever have any other plumbing problems.

Allen saved the day! It was a Sunday and I had company come in from Illinois. The sewer clogged up in the morning and my company said to call Roto-Rooter. Previous plumbers had said that roots were my problem, but not one of them offered to get rid of them. Roto-Rooter had a tool that cut through the roots. I will never call another plumber again. Very satisfied!!!!!!!!! Will be glad to tell all my friends and neighbors of the wonderful service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 08/23/2011. Kris with Roto Rooter did a great job! We just bought a house only to discover some pretty funky drain issues about a week later. Kris was very good at explaining everything he was doing and letting me know up front exactly what the cost was going to be. I would most definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone having plumbing issues or just wanting to do some maintenance. I purchased the Roto Green Program and plan on having Kris come back at a later date to flush 'er again!
