We had (yet) another toy flushed down our toilet. I called to set up an appointment ... which they are always nice at the phone center ... and Nick (2757) showed up promptly. He explained everything he would do and the pricing of it. He did the work leaving no mess ... found the problem/toy and put everything back together good as new. Great guy and great service and he had a fun time playing with my dog as I was signing the paperwork. Gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. My bath tub was backing up every time I ran my dishwasher. It turned out it was a large hair clog. He also took the time to check my kitchen sink and both toilets. Both my toilets were dripping water and he was able to fix the one on this trip, unfortunately the other has a crack in the tank. I needed two 1/2 inch isolation valves installed under a jacuzzi type tube. The first plumber came out and was able to get one done. However he had removed piping to insert the second valve and wasn’t able to complete the job that night. He didn’t even have a 1/2 cap so I could get my water back on. It worked out because I had cap and we were able to get the water back up. The next morning Roto-Rooter sent out another guy, Matt #2719 and he got on it and completed the job in no time.
