I called Roto-Rooter for a gas plumbing ventilation permit required for a current roof replacement permit in my Doral home. Technicians Joe and Alain (Tech #1667) responded and assisted me in obtaining the required plumbing permit. They went to City of Doral with me and went far and beyond to help me. They scheduled and completed my gas ventilation updates for the existing gas water heater and now we are ready to proceed with the inspections. Called Roto-Rooter for an estimate and they set up an appointment. Technician Mr. Hugo Delgado was dispatched, and he arrived ON TIME!!! Did the estimate and set up another appointment to pass the camera on the pipes. On the second appointment, he came ON TIME again!!! Explained the problem and solution, and we agreed on the project to be performed. Again we set up the date and time for this huge project of breaking the floor and replacing the old pipes with PVC.
