Roto-Rooter and Marcos were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed our problem, made sure it was the right issue, and upgraded our shower quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling for any other plumbing needs.

Spoke with the Vice President of operations. Apparently about an issue that originally wasn't an issue a clog, that was supposed to cost a hundred dollars turned into an eight hundred dollar job i told then I understand that it wasn't entirely their fault, that the issue arised, but that I couldn't afford eight hundred dollars for 2 weeks I called everyday for a customer service representative. We had a clogged toilet and they came out and charged $425. It worked for like a week and I called them back and they sent someone else out to fix it. This guy was going to charge us like $300 more and then he wanted to sell us something else that would be $1,200! I called the office and asked them if they didn't guarantee their work. They said yes. I sent the guy away. I then got the real problem solved by calling a different plumber for like $375 more.
