Roto-Rooter and Marcos were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed our problem, made sure it was the right issue, and upgraded our shower quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling for any other plumbing needs.

Spoke with the Vice President of operations. Apparently about an issue that originally wasn't an issue a clog, that was supposed to cost a hundred dollars turned into an eight hundred dollar job i told then I understand that it wasn't entirely their fault, that the issue arised, but that I couldn't afford eight hundred dollars for 2 weeks I called everyday for a customer service representative.
