German was perpared, professional and explained exactly what needed to be done and how he was going to complete the repair throughly and in a timely manner. If I should ever need another plumbing repair, I will be calling roto-rooter and asking for German by name.
Arrived same day, free diagnostic and offered the best advice as to what to do. Fernando gave me multiple options for repairs and the prices that they run at. Very polite and knowledgeable as to what was wrong I highly recommend their services.
Separate review to not reflect on technician. $380 to have someone come and put a 6' toilet auger seems really expensive and was told that removing the toilet would be an increase in costs. Tried to apply a coupon but was told that it needed to be handled by dispatch. After looking again, coupon said to present to technician at time of service. Called and 3 days later have not heard any reply despite them sending an email to the manager. Call center guys seem to be helpful, but they arent on site and can only send emails. Th... read more
