Tate did a great job once again. Everything was explained with the best options and was able to fix the broken pipe to our tub drain. Always a great experience and done in a timely manner.
Called in to get water heater installed. Told them it was gas. Quoted 800.00 dollars. Ask why and he stated thus one hose going into water tank needs replaced. It's a gas so that is alittle more, and take old tank out and bring new one in. So he goes to the tank and says it's electric and proceed to drain tank which had a process of hooking a hose up and draining tank. Then he proceeds to say I have to leave and another guy comes. Unhook 3 to 4 hoses and takes old tank out and brings in new. A total of 45 minutes. Get charge... read more
The serviceman was very efficient and communicated everything he was doing. It was a very positive experience.
Came in. Uncleared line. Checked pipes for reasons as to why clog happened. Found problem. Called it a day. Did a great job in my opinion.
