AVOID AT ALL COSTS***** Had rotor come out for clogged sewer line Saturday night. First tech was nice but after 2 hours he got his line stuck. Eventually someone else showed up, old and gruff but ok. Took another 2 hours then. As they were getting ready to leave around 12:30-1:00 am they noted that they hadn’t worn any foot protection or put down liners on our carpet. I had Roto-Rooter come out this past January to Hydro Jet my main drain. They completed the service and told me that a supervisor would be out to follow up and camera my drain since it was included in the price of the Hydro Jet. They never came out nor did I get a phone call. Fast forward to the end of July and my main drain started backing up again. I called Roto Rooter to come out again and Hydro Jet.
