If I could give a minus rating, I would. Ongoing issues since August and it's now November. I have been lied to and promised things that have not happened. Insurance payout of almost $21k and I got a giant mess, missing furniture, destroyed custom baseboards and defensive explanations. Give this company a hard pass!!!!

I care for my 94 year old mother who lives by herself. On Thurs morning, she called me saying she had a water leak and had no use of her toilets. I headed to her house and called 2 plumbers indicating I had an emergency. They were in the middle of jobs so I called Roto Rooter. They said "a plumber is in the neighborhood". It was over 2 hours before he arrived. Then he said it will be $560 to find the leak. They charged me 375 and didn't even fix my problem and damaged my property! Someone needs to take them out of business.

Called to have my French drains blown out and was told their technician was available and they would send over right away for a quote. 2 1/2 hours later two men showed up and my husband met them and proceeded to walk them through where the French drains were. At this point they stopped him and said they’d seen enough and that it would be $1500.00. He paid them a service fee and called another company who preformed the clearance of our drains… for $350.00. Back on 01/27/2020 Roto Rooter of Byram was called to do some work in a bathroom. I had them install a shower pan. This required them to bust up the concrete in order to mate the drain to the shower pan. They charged 3900.00 dollars for this work. The main issue with the work is that Roto Rooter took 4 days to accomplish this. The main reason they took 4 days was that they do not keep PVC fitting on the van. Appreciated Anthony's ability to determine a plan of attack to our slow leak in a house with a convoluted plumbing layout. Both Anthony and Angel worked at a great pace to accomplish getting our water back in within a day since the house had to be replumbed from the outside in on the cold water side. Both men were courteous, didn't speak disrespectfully to each other, and reminded me of former days where work ethic counted for something.
