I have used three different plumbing services here in Tyler, but I have been the most satisfied with Roto-Rooter. The plumber that came out (Zach) was professional, tried to avoid making an unnecessary mess, and did a good job. I plan to use them again.

You can only do so much "patching, etc." Finally, we had to face reality and make some changes. Ryan, plumber with Roto-Rooter in Tyler, came to our rescue. He is a nice young man who knows the plumbing business. After trying to repair two commodes, sixteen years old, he suggested investing in new ones. I had a leak at a pipe and he had to replace it and a valve. I called on a Friday evening and Zack from Tyler, texas came early Sat. morning acessed the situation & couldn't get the part until Mon.but came early Monday & fixed it. He & his assist. Mathew did a wonderful job and tested everything before they left. I am very satisfied with them & Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them again and also recommend the company.

Great Service. I called several Plumbers on Thanksgiving day for a whole house sewer line cleaning. Roto-Rooter called back in less than 5 minutes. They had to travel from Tyler, TX to Longview, TX and the Technician , Ryan, arrived in about 45 minutes. He was courteous and was able to fix the problem in less than 1 hour. The bill was the same as I was quoted over the phone. About 1 hour after Roto-Rooter had completed the job and left, a local plumber returned my call for service. I called the phone number listed for Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Tyler, and they were out the next morning just when I requested. John, the plumber sent to handle my problem was here as expected according to the call from the dispatcher. John was very efficient, knowlegeable, and worked diligently to make sure my drains will not give me any trouble.
