I had a great experience with the company this week. I went with a well known company just because of their reputation. They were easy to contact and easy to schedule with. I dealt with Hailey (hope that's the correct spelling) twice on the phone. Both times she was professional and efficient. What I really appreciated about them was that they gave a short window of arrival and were right on time. I have been in my house for a week. It is an older house, built in 1971. I noticed gurgling from the toilet on a Saturday, then on Sunday water was receding and leveling in the bath tubs and toilets and flushing was not possible. They showed up on Sunday, very professional, and attempted to get a camera in and snake my pipes. This showed a broken pipe and a clean out with no cover. We had the pleasure of having Keion help us out. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was when I asked. He was very meticulous in explaining it in a way I could understand, as I do not know anything about plumbing. Very helpful and super nice! He came in, did his setup and got to work which I really appreciated given that I’ve had past issues with contractors taking their time and having to come back multiple times. 10000/10 very happy with his service and professionalism!
The service I received was above and beyond. My plumbing issue ended up being worse than I expected. Dave and Nathan were very professional. The services that I received were completed in a timely manner. I was updated on every step taken, as well as every issue that was found. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
