Cleaned Me Out I called a cheaper competitor and scheduled an appointment. They called me back and said they couldn't make it that day. So, I called 'Old Faithful' and they were there within the hour - on the coldest night of the year! If you need it done, call Roto-Rooter.
EXCELLENT WORK ON A SUNDAY!!! The service that the Roto-Rooter plumber, Ron Hughes, provided for my home on a Sunday morning was exceptional! There were two jobs that Mr. Hughes was asked to do for us. He promptly assessed both tasks, gave us the options for completing our requests and went right to work on both of them! They explained thoroughly what needed to be done to fix my problem, and sounded very sincere in helping. Very trustworthy, respectful, and professional. Also, they did a nice and clean job. Roto-Rooter drain problem gone I had used Roto-Rooter in the past for a Sewer backup in July 2010, so I decided to phone Roto-Rooter again. This time our garbage disposal was backing up, dishwasher and our washer. The dispatcher told me when I called at 9:30am, today that they would have someone out between 9:30 and10:30am.
