Called at 245 pm and tech was here by 4. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered questions I had and told to call if any problems came up when I put the room back together. Will use again if needed Updated: the crew came back out and did an amazing job.
Robert was friendly and professional. He helped me understand what I was looking at..Took their tech Xavier less time to clear the clog than it took the first company I called to get nothing accomplished. UPDATE: it's been almost three weeks now and I have not seen hide nor hair if them to finish the job. Leaves my main bathroom half tore out. Added back a star because once they started they went beyond.
