I don’t recommend this company price wise or customer service , the technician I call last night seemed bothered to even answer the call when he got to my place he was upset we had water our lawn prior to knowing we had a problem , stating he was not going to be getting wet he damaged my insulation that was just put on the day prior , on top of that he didn’t have to use any tools or it was a simple fix and the price was 415.00
I am very pleased with my experience, and will use Roto-Rooter going forward for anything plumbing related. Our technician Sean was fantastic and knowledgeable, offering us insight as well as being very transparent with pricing as well as what work was going to be done. Couldn't recommend them more!
Frankie comes out and takes care of our drains and plumbing needs he is professional kinda and informative. Saved us when our water heater broke on my granddaughters birthday a few years ago and have use him ever since would recommend him every time!!!
