This company helped me out to understand my septic tank better. They were understanding on coming out and pumping it and double checking everything. I highly recommend them for you're plumbing needs.
Extremely good experience called yesterday and they was here this morning first thing had a sewer backup and replaced wax ring and Jesse was great had everything cleared out flowing and wax ring in everything done from bout 8:30 to 10 or 10:30 everything was finished.... working great thank you very much great experience with this company
Liars! Roto rooter is liars! Had them come to try and unclog my sewer. The guy worked hard for about 30 minutes but couldn't get it. He did say the clog is under the road and they would have to dig up the road. He said there would be no charge for that day if I wanted them to give me an estimate to do the whole job. I agree to that, and to bring a camera to run in the pipe to find the clog exactly. Told me they were going to be at my house 4 different times. Finally showed up several days after the original agreed time. Never even called me to tell me the issue, simply told my roomate and thought that was good enough. Said the repair would cost several thousand but I had another company who has won best plumber in NEA last 4 years, do it for $350. KEEP LOOKING
Roto-Rooter really dropped the ball this time. We have had a leak in our yard for about five weeks. They placed flags in the yard and did nothing after. We called, and at one point, were told they fixed the leak, but the flags were still there, nobody had spoken to us, and nobody had dug in the yard. They simply lied. We finally had to hire someone else, who came the day we called. Our water bill will be astronomical because the leak has gone on for so long. Pics below of what they felt could wait for five weeks.
