Came to fix a leak. One month later leak still there and holes in our walls that was left. This is pitiful work and if you defend this why dont you live like this. This is disgraceful and disrespectful work. Nothing but complaints

We had a communication lapse at the start of our conversation for service. Roto Rooter went above and beyond to correct the situation and bring our initial problem to a very pleasing close. I would recommend the company and their technicians.

Called and scheduled an appointment. They never showed up. Called again and rescheduled an appointment, they never showed up. On their side, no follow up, no apologies no return anything, that's a zero star.

Devin and Riley came out today and repaired a toilet leak and a leak behind my washer and dryer. They were very professional, kind and courteous. They took care of the problems quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need any kind of services they offer. I do know they have some extremely exceptional employees AKA Devin and Riley.
