Not sure why it takes 4 trips to fix one problem. They very first thing they say is "we can cap it and come back later." Why can't the problem be fixed the first time? Do not recommend. Very unprofessional. One of the visits I learned about the penis size of the men working in my home. Beyond unprofessional.

Roto-Rooter is an awesome company that is locally owned and operated by really good people who employ those same kind of folks as well. Mr.Faulkner repaired our leaking kitchen drain very quickly and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I have used them for several years now and have always been very pleased with their quality of work and the price the charge. But the best thing about them is, when they tell you their coming, they will be there.

Came to fix a leak. One month later leak still there and holes in our walls that was left. This is pitiful work and if you defend this why dont you live like this. This is disgraceful and disrespectful work. Nothing but complaints
