We had a communication lapse at the start of our conversation for service. Roto Rooter went above and beyond to correct the situation and bring our initial problem to a very pleasing close. I would recommend the company and their technicians.

Called and scheduled an appointment. They never showed up. Called again and rescheduled an appointment, they never showed up. On their side, no follow up, no apologies no return anything, that's a zero star.

Devin and Riley came out today and repaired a toilet leak and a leak behind my washer and dryer. They were very professional, kind and courteous. They took care of the problems quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need any kind of services they offer. I do know they have some extremely exceptional employees AKA Devin and Riley. Thanks guys you are great I appreciate it!

Very frustrated and disappointed in our experience with them. Made a specefic day appointment (because people have jobs, special gates, animals that have to be put up, and can't sit at home allday waiting for their "15 min warning" before they show), for a couple days ahead for a clogged main line at our house. Young Man name Tanner from this company need a raise and I'm going to tell you why. My landlord used this company. My spot I rent from her had a leak which made water come up through the floor, two people came in and said they fixed the problem, but all they did was patch the problem. This young man came in fixed the problem and showed me what the first two man should have done so I'm giving him his flowers
