Devin and Riley came out today and repaired a toilet leak and a leak behind my washer and dryer. They were very professional, kind and courteous. They took care of the problems quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter if you need any kind of services they offer. I do know they have some extremely exceptional employees AKA Devin and Riley. Thanks guys you are great I appreciate it!

Very frustrated and disappointed in our experience with them. Made a specefic day appointment (because people have jobs, special gates, animals that have to be put up, and can't sit at home allday waiting for their "15 min warning" before they show), for a couple days ahead for a clogged main line at our house. Young Man name Tanner from this company need a raise and I'm going to tell you why. My landlord used this company. My spot I rent from her had a leak which made water come up through the floor, two people came in and said they fixed the problem, but all they did was patch the problem. This young man came in fixed the problem and showed me what the first two man should have done so I'm giving him his flowers

We own a property management company and they have earned our trust and business! Recently called them for work on our sewer and they gave us a quote but when the invoice e came in it was lower than expected. We will definitely continue to call them first.

I was pleasantly surprised recently. I have been using this service for a few years and I do live in a bordering State approximately 50miles away. I needed a service call, they came assessed the issue, and didn't charge me. This type of customer service is definitely worth mentioning, and I certainly will be recommending them to other homeowners.....
