I live in a Bielinski Apartment, on Kimberly drive in Waukesha. The day before Thanksgiving, our maintenance man called Rotor Router for assistance in unblocking my kitchen sink garbage disposal. I wanted to let you know that I was impressed with the expertise and professional manner of Kent Kleiman. Response time was excellent and he was pleasant and respectful of my property, even cleaning up after the job was complete.

horrible cs. The website says they do leaks, they tell me they arent corporate. I asked if they are roto rooter they say yes, but they arent. A scam and they overcharged!

We had a sewer backup over the weekend and called Roto-Rooter for service. The service person who arrived was on time and gave us the price before he started. He had the drain open and the area cleaned up in an hour. Will definately use again.

Mike P. Did my drain cleanout to the street and was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He explained everything and cleaned up very well. I will ask for him if needed again. Thanks Mike and Roto-router :)
