We called them out to snake our drain and they could not get the root out because they did not bring the right equipment. The drain is still backed up and they charged us $800. Will never call them again,

I called Roto Rooter to see if they could come out and figure out why my master bath shower was smelling so bad. They were able to come the next business day which was nice, but I was disappointed with the service provided. All the man did was use a flash light to look down my drains to see if the pea trap was clogged. He said they were all good. In the master shower you can’t even see the pea trap unless you scope it. Omar, Manny, and Alex did a great job with the smoke test. They were very professional, found all the leaks in the sewer ventilation system and repaired everything. I would recommend them!
