They don't even deserve one star. They spent 7+ hours snaking pipes due to sewage buildup. They sprayed sewage all over the bathroom, did not clean it up, walked all over my tenants house without covering their shoes, and spilled sewage and dragged machinery thoughout the house. They chipped my tenant's bathroom sink also. Needless to say it was like a scene from dumb and dumber, and they never unclogged my drains, and charged me $960. I had my drain unclogged by this roto rooter company. When they left I paid in full and they said I was unclogged and good to go. However I have over 2 feet of water in my basement mixed with everything you would flush down a toilet. I called the company to tell them about it and they said they don't garentee their work. Their website however says they do. They wanted me to pay again for work that they had already done.
