One star is too many! My daughter needed her drain cleared. Prior to even one technician showing up, a water restoration sales person shows up, to sell services. After speaking with him for a bit, she realized, he was not here to help her clear the drain. The first technician shows up, runs an auger, and tell her she has a problem and offered solutions such as a drain sleeve. Drain not cleared. After 3 visits from other guys to fix the water coming up through the basement drain, who each fixed one thing, Bill722 diagnosed and fixed the primary problem using the camera and water jet truck- I could see the pipe clogged with roots and tissue in the clay pipes and then, the free flowing water all the way to the street. It took hours of diligence, but he did it. Roto-Rooter 2125 Montana Ave was not listed as an option in the address choices
We had a drainage pipe develop an ice blockage and the backup caused some damage. Roto-Rooter responded promptly and was able to resolve the issue. Special thanks to Chase who did an excellent job.

Sunday night at 6:30 pm I arrived back home from vacation to find the toilets had been backing up in my two family home all weekend. With the bathroom flooded with...well lets just say "ick".
