Fast, Courteous, Considerate, Efficient and Tidy – I called last night and got the service. Dirty, unprofessional, but got the job done... sorta – I called Roto-Rooter to clear a clogged sewer drain under the toilet. Rich was the name of the guy they sent. When Rich came to the door, he was especially dirty, sweaty and smelly. I've had several plumbers over for work over the years, and haven't seen anyone that dirty.
