I live in a Bielinski Apartment, on Kimberly drive in Waukesha. The day before Thanksgiving, our maintenance man called Rotor Router for assistance in unblocking my kitchen sink garbage disposal. I wanted to let you know that I was impressed with the expertise and professional manner of Kent Kleiman. Response time was excellent and he was pleasant and respectful of my property, even cleaning up after the job was complete.

horrible cs. The website says they do leaks, they tell me they arent corporate. I asked if they are roto rooter they say yes, but they arent. A scam and they overcharged!

Fast, Courteous, Considerate, Efficient and Tidy – I called last night and got the service. Our sewer drain was backed up and any effluent waste water going through the lines were ending up on the basement floor (cement) with you don't want to know what included. Dirty, unprofessional, but got the job done... sorta – I called Roto-Rooter to clear a clogged sewer drain under the toilet. Rich was the name of the guy they sent. When Rich came to the door, he was especially dirty, sweaty and smelly. I've had several plumbers over for work over the years, and haven't seen anyone that dirty.
