I had my main drain cleaned out in South Mpls. After a failed attempt by another company, who couldn't get down my stairs but stilled charged me a service call, so I called Roto Rooter. This man, Tim, had no trouble getting down the stairs and he worked tirelessly for hours. It was a big job but now for the first time I am able to take a shower, do laundry and even flush the toilet...all in the same day! Thank you Tim, and thank you Roto Rooter. From now on you will be my first call.
The service was excellent. We called Sunday to report a clogged drain and technician Tim #2125 arrived Monday at 9:00 and fixed the problem in less than two hours. He knew exactly what he needed to do. Problem solved and we are very pleased. Highly recommend roto rooter.

Excellent service – Our water heater broke down on Christmas eve of 2011. I tried several plumbing companies, but could not find anyone still working at that time. Roto-Rooter was my last hope. To my surprise, they sent a service person within two hours. We are very happy with the service.
Friday night call – We had a main line back up at 9:00 on a Friday night. Harrison showed up a half hour later and had our water draining well in about an hour. Very good, professional service.
Roto Rooter came out to fix my toilet and they did a great job, the guy covered his shoes so not to mess the carpet and he repaired my toilet and clean up the mess.j He also explain to me the cause of the problem and how to prevent this leaking toilet in the future. He also gave me an estimate on a faucet that I will need repaired in the next month. I was really impressed with his knowledge and now how. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Thank you.

Impeccable Service – We had a technician named Wayne Heath #7011 come to our home last night to snake our line from our house to the main sewer line in the street. Not only was he professional and courteous, he was thorough, communicative about everything that was happening. He did everything he possibly could to perform the service without damage to our home. We started experiencing some back-up in our basement drain... it was late in the day and the other plumber service was ready to set-up appointments the next day (and charge for the estimate, too!) - Derek from Roto-Rooter was there in an hour with a free estimate.
