It was a monster of a job, Mike tackled it for a long time but was unsuccessful in getting through the blockage. He gave it a valiant try. I give him 5 stars for trying, however, we still have a sink blockage. Unhappy with his office as they were to call next day to offer a solution to our issue. NOT A HAPPY COSTUMER AS WE STILL CANNOT USE OUR KITCHEN SINKS!! $999.00 at this point and obviously more to come

Eric was great! He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and explained in detail what the issue was. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and even replaced the shower head for us. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend Eric! Laura, the dispatcher, was also wonderful! She was very friendly and communicated clearly about when we could expect someone to come out and fix our issue. We were able to have someone come within 24 hours... read more
