Trevor was amazing! Fixed my sink quickly and at a reasonable price, and when I expressed concern I received from another company on a quote to replace poly B pipe, he suggested a free estimate from them. I did and honestly, so happy I got second opinion! Other quote included replacing perfectly good pipe and was $6,500. Roto Rooter's estimate was for the Poly B and came in under $1k! Guess who's doing the job!

Very impressive company. This is not an easy work environment notwithstanding that the people at every level are top notch. Clean well groomed stokers. Meticulous about protecting your home environment from contamination. Very careful with their machinery. Disposable gloves and footwear. Most impressive was the relentless effort to solve a complex problem to full completion. Bill was half what I expected.

We had a grease blockage and greywater backup that we couldnt clear and it was close to flooding our basement.. as it had in the past . Thomas was quick on the job , showed up with the proper equipment and a great atitude . He had things clear and the threat resolved quickly . Very appreciative and highly recommend.

Thank you to Roto-Rooter for dispatching within a reasonable time frame for our emergency situation. Lance was friendly and experienced. He was able to solve our issue quickly. When we need a plumber again we’ll be choosing Roto-Rooter here in Kamloops.
