Moe did a good job clearing a drain. I made arrangements to have my septic tank pumped the next day and was told I would receive 30 minutes notice. At 5:00 pm "the next day," I called and was told that they would not be coming out that day but would give me 30 minutes notice when they were coming out. No idea when. I told them they should have had the decency to let me know they were not going to make it to my house on the day they scheduled. I think this behavior is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude.
