Tony C. Came out after hours to clear our drain line and was phenomenal! Some of the best customer service and attentiveness I have experienced. Highly recommend him!
The whole experience was great! I had them replace the lid on my tank with one that had a riser. They dug it up when they said they would but had to order a custom lid but got it done in a reasonable time. Scotty and his partner were amazing. Very personable and they work hard. Leveled out the area very well.
The tech was really nice and quick . The charge for simple job ,was extremely overpriced, , l felt taken advantaged of , should of been 50, plus l have my own kit to repair
Robert Luttrel of Roto Rotor came out to replace a garbage disposal which was at least 40 years old. Robert was very professional and quickly completed the job, provided a new key to unman the disposal and a new stopper! I highly recommend Roto Rotor and if possible ask for Robert. He is a gentleman and professional plumber!
