I called Roto-rooter for the flood in the basement and a guy named Scott said that the price would be $325.00+tax and I said, 'Go ahead and do it'. And he called me after the flood was gone and said that it would be over $800.00. This is way unprofessional and when I checked my account, he already charged me $864.00 without my permission.
