This Company is a COMPLETE RIPOFF! Plumber shows up because of a slow flushing toilet! Brings in a manual hand auger, runs it into the toilet for 15 seconds, dumps a 5 gallon pail of water into the toilet and hands me a $225.00 bill. He was at my home for less than 10 minutes! Whatever you do, don't call this RIPOFF FIRM!

A technician came out yesterday to look at some leaky valves in my shower. He discussed where my problem was and gave a solution that would involve cutting into my tile shower surround and replacing my two handled tub controls with a single handle system. He said that the plumbing in my mid century house was not up to code and it was necessary to bring it to modern code. He quoted $1,025 to complete the project and then left without replacing the access panel he removed to look at my pipes. I had a different plumber come out... read more

They will charge you a $100 trip fee even if you refuse the work. Looked at the website and it says they don't charge trip fees, was not told on the phone there would be a fee, and then, in addition to the work they did, was charged an extra $100 for the trip. Will never be using Roto Rooter again.
