Plumber handled the clog like a pro,explained what he was doing to help me further down the road(hopefully), would recommend this service
Our basement sewer was backing up. We called Rotorooter to come unclog it. They did, but less than 2 weeks later we had to call them again to come unclog it. This time they took a video. The 2nd person (who was different from the first person) said we had collapsing clay pipes under the house and we would need to get them relined. He said he would have a quote to us in a day or 2. While they came here right away and was very quick, the problem was resolved pretty much before he came and was here less than 30 minutes and it was almost 400.00. Kind if pricy!!! Don't know if I'll call them again.
