Tech was there for 2 hours and said he couldn't do the work, that a professional plumber was needed for the job. Still charged me for a service call. I called the office to discuss and request a refund. Owner said he'll talk to the tech and get back to me. Left 2 more messages and no response. Very upset with service!!!! Would not recommend!!!!

Our basement sewer was backing up. We called Rotorooter to come unclog it. They did, but less than 2 weeks later we had to call them again to come unclog it. This time they took a video. The 2nd person (who was different from the first person) said we had collapsing clay pipes under the house and we would need to get them relined. He said he would have a quote to us in a day or 2.
