Called with a Saturday urgent request. Call was answered right away and dispatcher was friendly, professional and helpful. Plumber arrived a couple of hours later, right within the window we were promised, and solved our problem quickly. He wore a mask, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. We are very happy with the experience! Not to mention he traveled from Wisconsin Rapids to Wausau to help. Great!
Ad is bs. Called on Saturday and was told they don't cover Marathon County. Located well within the service area map. Wouldn't come out so much for 24/7 service covering Marathon and Lincoln county.
