Roto-Rooter Service 9/16/09 - We had been trying to get a local plumber out for a few weeks to break up and remove an old concrete sink in our basement, but he never showed up when he was supposed to - so after our previous positive service experience, we called Roto-Rooter. They had someone out here this evening (at no additional charge), who was able to finish the work in about half an hour. What a relief!
Roto-Rooter Service 9/4/09 - We were very impressed with how quickly the worker was able to get to our house, particularly before a holiday weekend. He was very respectful of our time and property, and we appreciated that there was not an additional charge due to the lack of an available building inspector on the Friday afternoon before a 3-day weekend. We would enthusiastically recommend Roto-Rooter anytime!
