Called for a clog and they showed up same day and kept in contact via phone. They showed up on time, they were very polite and used booties to keep the floor clean. The fixed the issue and will call again if needed. We used their services a few months ago and they were fantastic.
Same day service. Dave, the tech was great, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. No pressure to purchase other services. Took care of my problem and had the pipes checked with a camera. Recommend them 100%
Them two reviews must be fake. They suck. Left me hanging on a camera job. Called last minute to tell me they were off. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to meet them. Its a commorcial building where it was going to get done. They didn't even need to sell the job. Call someone else. You will thank me.
These plumbers are so professional, they educate the customers and do what it takes to solve the problem. I have had very bad plumbing experiences in the past with other companies but this company is different. I have never experienced this level of quality from a plumber before!
This place is awesome! I called with a plumbing problem, a technician was at my house in 30 minutes and fixed the problem on the spot. The service I received was fast and courteous. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you Roto Rooter of Folsom!
