Do NOT recommend. Incompetent employees. Horrible customer service. Their only concern is collecting money- actually doing a job right or treating people in a kind way is not what you will find here. I have been in shock every single time I've tried to talk with them or get anywhere. Really disturbing office staff.

It takes quite a bit for me to leave a negative review anywhere but Douglas County RotoRooter is deserving of this one. Without a doubt the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They sent out 2 separate guys, both broke off pieces of equipment in our drain and were not able to retrieve them. We now have 3 pieces of snake in our drain. DON’T CALL THESE GUYS! Apparently, they charge you to call them and inquire about their services. We have a single bathroom house, and our toilet was clogged. I called around trying to see if I could get someone to come out the next day. They said they would “try to squeeze me in”. Not feeling very confident about that, I told them I would keep calling around, and let them know if I found someone. They said fine, just call and they would take me off the list.
