If you ever sign a lease with this company, please read through your entire lease carefully. The people who work here clearly don't read them. I've had to repeatedly refer this company to the lease we signed regarding our responsibilities. Also, when it's time for you to move out, make sure to keep copies of all your attempts to notify them. They don't respond to anything. Customer service is poor. Communication between agents and the tenant is 0. You can call them and ask questions they will cut you off mid sentence to get you off the phone, they do not want to help you or listen to your concerns. Good luck moving forward with this company good luck creating a happy home.
Worst property management. Proceed with caution- the entire process was a nightmare… they really screw you over if you rent with them. I wish I would have read all the bad reviews that are left on their pages
The WORST management company I’ve dealt with. Alena which is the manager needs more training as she doesn’t know what she is doing. They don’t fix anything that is wrong when you put a work order. They try to blame you for everything. When you move out they try to charge you for the owner renovating his condo. They call the court to figure stuff out instead of talking to attorney.
