Had a telehealth appointment via Dermatologist On Call. Guy was rude and combative when I asked a follow up question. His diagnosis was generic and contradictory. Had the audacity to ask if I read his report after I asked a question, when he didn't actually put the info in his report. What a joke. Dude needs to have his license revoked, he's literally just guessing.
He is rude and arrogant. Does not care about the patient and wants to get you in and out. Ignored what medicine I was allergic to and prescribed me it. Then got mad at me and told me he is not a mind reader.
The doctor diagnosed me in July for having nummular eczema. It turned out to be ring worm so I was getting the wrong treatment.
Tried to suggest dutasteride and he only would provide finasteride without reviewing medical research and listening to the patient. A doctor should not be prescribing just based on what he has done in the past and refuse to re-evaluate drug landscapes for treatment options. He should strive to always provide the best clinical outcomes to patients.
I was assigned Dr. Rothstein for a virtual appointment online. We did not speak or video, it was only through messages. He responding quickly and seemed to have reviewed the information and photos I provided. Appreciated his quick response. I am very glad the appointment was virtual because I can only imagine his bedside manner may not be the best. not happy - was just instructed to "try prednisone" and to follow up if not helpful to my sun allergy - which obviously will not resolve my chronic condition by using a steroid. No questions answered - no discussion - just to follow up if that didn't work.
I had an appt with Doctor Rothstein and they scheduled 3 appts at the same exact time. I waited over an hour and a half for my appt. The staff is rude and very disrespectful. The office manager Lisa has very poor customer service!!!! She refused to send my records thru Tricare. Dr Rothstein has a horrible attitude as well. The office never answers phone calls & you always have to leave a voice maiI. I would not recommend this dermatology to any Tricare patients or anyone seeking dermatology nee
I've been going to Dr. Rothstein for close to 30 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. He's my go-to guy for anything skin related.
Great Doctor good personality who calls you the next day to see how you are doing ,now that's old school and great bed side manner
