I waited one hour and forty five minutes to see this doctor. Yes I had an appointment. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I had to wait in the parking lot because the waiting room was full with wall to wall chairs full of people waiting. This was not a good experience.
I just called right now speak to two ladies and a manager. I wanted an appointment one lady said September 1 all of a sudden he said September 12 they both were very rude and makes me not want to go to Deb anymore. It was too ladies I was talking to.

I have been going to see Dr. Andrew Rothstein for years. He is a kind gentle, and a Very professional Doctor. His staff is always friendly. My thoughts are that people that give negative remarks, are probably negative individuals. (To begin with)
