We made an appointment for10:30 in advance and did not see the doctor until 3:00 (4.5 hours) with no real explanation for the delay. Overbooked and crowded! Complete disregard for the patients who scheduled. Perhaps they could notify people when this situation arises, so the patrons can decide to reschedule.
I get hurt a lot. These guys put me back together quickly.
If I could give it 0 stars i definitely would. Went there to urgent care with a shoulder injury. Was given steroids and no pain medication. I was told the steroids will help with pain. Not a chance. I’ve called three times and spoke to receptionist who wrote them messages. Waited all day and no call back. Called a 4th time and was told now I have to wait until the office is open during regular business hours. How is this okay? I’m not a person looking to get high.
