I had a good experience for an ankle fracture. however, getting my disability paperwork filled out has been a nightmare. I called twice (a week before my paperwork was due) to confirm dates, and was told that someone would call me to review the dates prior to completion. I never got a call and my paperwork was filled out wrong. I called immediately after finding this out (from my boss) and explained again the correct date and asked for someone to correct it and call me immediately as at this point I'm not being paid. Excellent care and a really positive experience . Never having an injury I was nervous and concerned I may need surgery . After meeting with Dr. Wang I left feeling confident that under his care my issues with a torn ACL will be resolved . It was a refreshing experience as he listened to all my concerns and asked a plethora of questions to get to know me and my lifestyle as I’m very active . I highly recommend him and Rothman . Huge shout out to my hand therapist Sandy for being patient and pleasant while knowing how and when to push! In a role where you have to be “ON” everyday and so much more than just a physical therapist! It’s an emotional time so it requires supportive therapy! Thank you Sandy for being you.

I am a new patient at Rothman for arthritis in my knee and I have been so impressed! They got me in with Dr Wang in just days (even though my issue was not an emergency or injury) and then suggested their own PT department, which was I was also very impressed with! Everyone has been very nice and friendly too!
Excellent service and phenomenal doctors but you cannot reach office staff directly which makes it difficult to have paperwork signed.
