Chelsea is a fantastic stylist. I have very fine, thin hair that a lot of stylists don't understand how to work with properly. I've been seeing Chelsea for years, and she helped me grow my hair long and strong. She's great with color and cuts, but also an expert in products. She helped teach me how to style my hair and what products to use to ensure it looks thick and that I get the most out of my style.
