Krystle and the team helped me to sell my Yucaipa house via 1031 exchange in Sep – Oct 2025. In Sep 2025, it’s a buyer market and house sell slow, but Krystle helped to lay out strategy step by step, communicate with us and check / adjust the plan every step.
