RPM is a company that values the customer. Period. They work to hire the best managers and crews and there are multiple layers to oversee that the work gets done right. They are not perfect. I have been living in an apartment within 9co for 5 years now. One thing that always has impressed me is how clean the properties are, and how well maintained the grounds have been all these years. When it snows, the team is out there early making it possible for residents to get to work, or wherever they need to go. And they do an incredible job!
