Absolute slumlords. Many unfulfilled maintenance requests. If they were filled, they would be the cheapest possible solution. Our refrigerator at move in would freeze over in the freezer section, even if it was turned all the way down. I believe it was a seal issue. When they came to look at it, they replaced it with one that was at least 5 years older, and way smaller. Rented from Roth homes for 4 years, they were the best!!!! Would highly recommend them if your looking to rent a home. I ended up buying mine from them. They are the nicest people you could ever deal with.
Slumlord and scumbag! Doesn’t take care of their rentals. Grass and weeds over 2 feet tall. You are a menace to our neighborhood!!
Real discrimination Hanna always has her kids screaming in the phone so u can’t really here her I waited 3 months still no update besides saying she need my landlord reference and she received that to prolong with other all because I’m black this place is very unprofessional took my two $40 credit checks money for me and my child
