So far we have had nothing but great experiences here. If something needs fixed, they come in promptly to do so! But thus far not much has needed to be fixed as it was quite clean and greatly taken care of before move in! There are some things that could obviously be fixed or taken care of, but it’s all due to just an older home. If there’s something I can fix that takes maybe 10 minutes to do or even five dollars to fix - I’m going to do that on my own and not reach out to them! Absolute slumlords. Many unfulfilled maintenance requests. If they were filled, they would be the cheapest possible solution. Our refrigerator at move in would freeze over in the freezer section, even if it was turned all the way down. I believe it was a seal issue. When they came to look at it, they replaced it with one that was at least 5 years older, and way smaller. Rented from Roth homes for 4 years, they were the best!!!! Would highly recommend them if your looking to rent a home. I ended up buying mine from them. They are the nicest people you could ever deal with.
Slumlord and scumbag! Doesn’t take care of their rentals. Grass and weeds over 2 feet tall. You are a menace to our neighborhood!!
