I would give zero stars if allowed. Long story. Needed oxygen supplies delivered for a family member in June '25. Supplies were delivered 3 days late even after calling for confirmation that supplies would be delivered...still late. Oxygen supplies were to be picked up on June 19th. They were not picked up. This is were it gets bad. We made calls after calls and were always told, "they would get picked up tomorrow" and guess what... supplies were never picked up. As a retired healthcare provider, I recommend that you avoid Roth completely. After a referral to Roth, they were very difficult to reach, so I went to a physical location. They took all of my insurance and credit card information and promised to be in touch. After a month, I called Roth today and learned that they had sent my information to yet another company without telling me, further delaying my necessary supplies. Roth’s interest in the patient is entirely lacking.
I was helped by Erin D. and I was so impressed how Erin took care of my problem in such a timely manner. Erin was very polite and efficient. Thank you for having Erin there to help older people like me thru our questions and problems! Peter Gutierrez

I went to Rhema Rotech (Webster, Tx.) to get my new CPAP machine. Brianna (Bree) instructed me on how to set up the machine and get the best results. Her instructions were detailed, user friendly, engagingly interactive. I left her office feeling empowered to get the best experience from my new machine. I downloaded the app, set up my equipment.
