The customer service is top notch! I dropped off a ring to be resized, cleaned, and have some prongs replaced. It was done exactly when they said it would be, and the finished product brought me to tears. Very pleased with my experience!
My husband and I renewed our wedding vows for our 30th wedding anniversary. He’s never ever bought a diamond! He bought our bands at Roth 30 years ago. He went there to pick out a diamond for me! He felt so special and was giddy when he came home and told me. He got to look under a microscope etc he said!
