Gil from Roth Heating and Air came out the same day to fix our A/C unit that wasn’t working. He did a thorough job and had us back up and running by the end of the day. Excellent service!
Tim came out on the same day we called to look at our AC and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes. Great job, thank you!
Aug 1 2025 Update: Now that I’ve been able to experience the service side, I can confidently keep the five star review. Was having issues with the unit cooling, and they were ready to send someone same day, which unfortunately didn’t work with my schedule but they did come out the next day. Tim was able to quickly troubleshoot the unit and find the issue, and was able to get it working right until the replacement part can arrive. Still excellent service! I recommend Highly, less then 45-minute response time. Tim was very patient, thorough and professional explaining to me what the problem was, he had it figured out in probably less than 10 minutes. He even answered my questions about the parts that were not part of the problem. Tim is very knowable.
Gil at Roth, was professional and thorough. He did an excellent job and did it in a timely manner. Arrived on schedule and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and made sure it was done correctly. Will definitely ask for him again. Thank you Gil and Roth for the speedy response and amazing work.
