I called and spoke to Rachel they were really helpful and set a same day appointment. The technician was Tim and he was excellent. They fixed my AC quickly and had it blowing cold in no time.
Kobe came out same day and had a quick and easy fix for my AC unit not cooling the house. Life saver in 100 degree weather. Very much recommend for HVAC needs.
I would highly recommend Roth Heating & Air! As a new resident to the Wichita area, they were referred to me by a family member, & I could not be more pleased. Gil, the technician sent to my house, was superb! He was very thorough & professional, and best of all.... my cats adored him! He is a fellow cat lover and I enjoyed hearing about his furbaby, Katelyn. Paws up to Gil & Roth!🐾🐾🐾
I don’t mind paying $20 for a new filter, but being charged $30 in labor to replace it, something that takes less than a minute to do, is excessive. That’s especially true since it wasn’t communicated up front and came on top of the $90 maintenance service charge.
