I don’t mind paying $20 for a new filter, but being charged $30 in labor to replace it, something that takes less than a minute to do, is excessive. That’s especially true since it wasn’t communicated up front and came on top of the $90 maintenance service charge. Roth replaced my HVAC system. The staff members were outstanding...I had no problem leaving the house while they were working. I've appreciated the Roth company for many years. They certainly earned my respect once more.
