Roth replaced my HVAC system. The staff members were outstanding...I had no problem leaving the house while they were working. I've appreciated the Roth company for many years. They certainly earned my respect once more.
This place came out to look at my AC because it wasn't working and I said it's probably leaking. The guy comes out and determines it is leaking and and after an hour of testing says he can't find the leak. They quote me 7500 dollars for a new system and leave while charging me 225 dollars for telling me something I already knew. I got a second opinion from Alpha HVAC and they quickly figured out where it was leaking and decided it was better in the long term to replace the whole system which they did for only 4000 dollars. After all the problems with my mini split system, I decided to replace it. I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi this time, but also knew I couldn't possibly afford one. I decided to give Roth a try because the company and I have been neighbors for probably 40 years now. Joe came over on Monday afternoon, said he understood I wanted a Mitsubishi, but didn't think I could afford one. Arrived on time and prepared to do the job assigned they where friendly every step of the way and took the time to protect my home while safely navigating all the obstacles in the way.
