Kobe managed to update and repair my thermostat installation within 15 minutes. Very nice young man and excellent service!
Randy was kind enough to come out and service our 20 year old unit, not once but twice. The first time he came out he didn't leave until he diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and the second time he came out he welded in a filter to hopefully prevent this problem in the future, and gave us a quote on a new unit. We just need to save up and we'll be calling them out again for a new HVAC unit installation in the spring.
Our blower motor went out and Kobe was amazing getting out to us on a weekend and replacing it same day. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable I will never use a different company.
