Dental work was good!
The ladies at the front desk are excellent. Mary, my hygienist is always great. Dr. Eifler is excellent as well.
There was a time when going to a dentist office was not something to look forward to. The Valley Dental office has changed that image for me. I find the warmth, friendliness, quality of care, time to provide clear and understandable explanations of care and needs have all contributed to changing that mental image of the Dental office for me.
I am a patient of Dr. Eifler/Valley Dental Group. I was concerned with the move to the new location being farther but the drive was only a few minutes more and I love the new office, great location. I was welcomed by friendly faces, some new. Dr. E. was very gentle handed during my visit and answered any questions I may have as well as asking me if I was doing ok. Dr. Eifler has been my dentist for over 20 years. The dentures he has made for me fit tight and comfortable. I appreciate the friendliness of all the staff and the comfort of the waiting area.
Not happy with what Dr. Eifler told me has to be done but I know it has to be taken care of. I will call for my appointment.
I have been a patient since 1997. Given the quality of service, friendly atmosphere and Dr. Eifler's dedication to perfection I have had no reason to change Dentists over the past 20 years.

My questions always answered in a way that I can understand, and while in the dental chair I feel at ease.
